Since the first time I saw La Fille Sur le Pont (Or in English, The Girl on the Bridge), I have been completely in love with it. It's such a beautiful film.

Vanessa Paradis is absolutely brilliant in it.

For years I have been searching for a high waisted leather mini, and I tell you, I have NOT found not a single one that might possibly fit me in some cosmic way. You can't find them at stores, since they are considered pretty 80's, but if you do happen to stumble upon one that fits GET IT! I've seen a lot of vintage skirts floating around, but I guess vintage also means size 0? Haha. I love the way it looks, it's really rock n roll and you could wear a simple band tee tucked in and it'll look FABULOUS! My preference would be a black or a red one, either way, THEY'RE HOT!

I'm not usually a big fan of Avon. But, I have however, completely fallen in love with their new collection of gold shimmer polishes. Because lets face it, I'm a drag queen at heart and gold and sparkles are two of my favorite things. The only ones I've tried so far are Golden Twilight (black with gold shimmer) and Golden Wine (Dark red with gold shimmer). Golden Wine is beautiful for christmasie nails. And Golden Twilight is black and black is just always good. They also dry really quickly which is always a plus. And you can buy them online at Avon.com and that's always better than dealing with the Avon ladies. <3

SPOOKY DIY COMPANIES YOU SHOULD CHECK OUT

I am a huge fan of DIY, and I hope that anyone that reads this is also a big fan, and I have seen so many companies start up within the next year providing hair bows and accessories, and recently I received a bunch of goodies from Razin Hell Jezebel. They had contacted me about using their accessories in photo shoots for them, which means tons of free stuff! I expected 2 or 3 things, but to my delight I have a lot more! Everything came in a bright pink box, with Halloween tissue paper and bat tissue paper. I definitely felt like a kid in a candy store when I saw my special package. The items ranged from Frankenstein and spider web hair bows, bones, bats, glitter, pink, purple, stripes, polka dots....I was in heaven.

Another of my favorite DIY companies out right now is Lipstattoo Design. Everything that they have ever came out with is absolutely PERFECTION, most of it is hand painted, which makes them completely original

Halloween may be over to you...

But not to ghouls like us, we live for the month of October, and though to some it comes and goes, it stays with us forever, so what better way to celebrate our love for Halloween then to post about a ton of ghoulish and monstery goodies!

My friend Tawny recently introduced me to these delightful lil sweaters, not a big cardigan gal myself, but I'm sure they come in handy a lot and still manage to keep the preppy feeling down. They are made by heavythreads, so if you wanna check em out their etsy is heavythreads.etsy.com
